TechTools for Child Welfare Virtual Casework Request for Proposals
During this unprecedented pandemic, RHF recognizes the needs of social service departments, caseworkers and families to adjust processes and protocols to meet quarantine requirements. This Request for Proposals will award grants to local districts of social services seeking to purchase software and/or technical assistance to create efficiencies for virtual casework to support family-driven care, family-based placements, family connection, timely reunification and permanency in a time of physical distancing. Applications that propose the utilization of web-based programs and cloud-based storage solutions to facilitate paper-less processes outlined in the accompanying report, “TechTools for Child Welfare Virtual Casework,” will be prioritized.
